    Ronda M. Gabb – Of Counsel, Morrison Law Group | Louisiana Estate Planning Specialist

    Ronda M. Gabb is a Louisiana estate planning attorney and Board-Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. She is also a Registered Financial Consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping Louisiana families with wills, trusts, successions, and elder law.

    In 1999, Ronda founded Ronda M. Gabb & Associates, LLC. She built one of the most respected elder law practices in the Greater New Orleans Area. In 2021, she partnered with Ronald “Chip” Morrison Jr. to form Gabb Morrison LLP. The Covington firm focuses exclusively on estate planning, successions, and long-term care planning for families across St. Tammany parish.

    Role at Morrison Law Group

    Today, Ronda serves Of Counsel to Morrison Law Group PLC, offering her experience in an advisory role. She helps guide the firm’s team in professional development and strategic growth. In addition, Ronda supports the firm’s educational outreach and training programs.

    Although she no longer meets directly with clients, Ronda remains a key part of the firm’s leadership. She regularly writes articles, teaches continuing education courses, and mentors associate attorneys. Her deep knowledge of Louisiana estate and elder law continues to shape the firm’s approach to client service.

    Leadership and Contributions

    Throughout her career, Ronda has been committed to education and leadership. She frequently lectures to professional and community groups and has educated many attorneys, CPAs, and financial professionals through her seminars and publications.

    Additionally, she serves on several state and local committees, including the Louisiana Successions and Donations Committee, the Governor’s Elder Law Task Force, and the Northshore Estate Planning Council. Through these roles, she helps refine and modernize Louisiana’s estate planning laws.

    Education and Background

    Ronda earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans and her Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School.

    A native of New Orleans and resident of the Northshore since 1988, Ronda is known for her candid advice and commitment to education. She is dedicated to helping Louisiana families plan with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
